I loved the location. It was SUPER central!!! i walked to several major attractions. the front desk staff gave recommendations for local restaurants. the room was clean and had reliable air conditioning.

Central City Gem!

The hotel boasts great transport links to the city and airport, located near Gran Via and Sol Metro stations. The friendly staff was available at the front desk all day and night. My first floor room was spacious. It featured comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. The shower had great water pressure.
The location, while central, meant some noise at night! Earplugs would be useful. Noise made sleep difficult.

decent location, some noise
great location helpful staff desktop service loud road poor isolation front room
the location was close to transportation. i could easily get around. the breakfast had good services from desktop. the staff were lovely and helpful.
the road outside is loud. i had a room at the front of the building and the noise kept me up. i did not get much sleep. noise isolation are very poor.
